Andrea Belle Studio – Photo Studio & Gown Rental for Kids

Welcome to Andrea Belle Studio!
We’re happy to be part of your special moments. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please take a moment to read and understand our Terms and Conditions before booking or renting a gown.

1. Booking and Reservations

A non-refundable reservation fee is required to confirm your booking.
Appointments are secured only after payment of the reservation fee.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may shorten your session time.
Walk-ins are accepted depending on studio availability.

2. Payment Terms

The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before your scheduled shoot or gown release date.
We accept Cash, GCash, or Bank Transfer.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

3. Gown Rental Policy

Gowns are available for:
- Studio Use – for photoshoots conducted inside Andrea Belle Studio
- Take-Home Rental – up to 3 days for outside events or personal use
A security deposit is required for take-home rentals and will be refunded upon safe and timely return of the gown.
Gowns must be returned on or before the agreed return date. Late returns are subject to a daily late fee.
Please handle gowns with care. Avoid eating, drinking, or applying makeup while wearing them.
Any stains, tears, or damages will incur a repair or replacement fee, depending on the severity.
Clients are responsible for the gown while in their possession, including during transport.

4. Discount Policy

A 20% discount applies only to gowns rented for photoshoots conducted inside Andrea Belle Studio.
No discount applies to gowns used for outside events or take-home rentals.
Discounts cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or offers.

5. Studio Use

Only clients with confirmed bookings are allowed inside the studio.
Parents or guardians must supervise their children at all times.
Outside photographers or videographers are not permitted unless approved by management.
Please handle all props and studio equipment with care. Damages caused by negligence may result in charges.

6. Photo Storage and File Policy

Edited photos and files will be stored by Andrea Belle Studio for a maximum of 3 months from the date of release.
After 3 months, all files (including raw and edited copies) may be permanently deleted without prior notice.
Clients are encouraged to download and back up their photos immediately upon receiving them.
Re-editing or re-downloading beyond 3 months is not guaranteed once files are deleted.

7. Photo Usage and Copyright

All photos taken by Andrea Belle Studio are protected by copyright.
The studio may use selected images for marketing, portfolio, or social media promotions, unless the client requests otherwise (verbally or in writing).
Clients may use their purchased photos for personal use only. Commercial or third-party use requires written permission.

8. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Clients may reschedule once if notified at least 48 hours before the session.
The reservation fee is non-refundable, but may be applied to a new booking within 30 days.
The studio reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen issues such as power interruptions, technical problems, or extreme weather.

9. Safety and Conduct

Parents or guardians must stay with their children during sessions.
The studio is not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost personal belongings.
Respectful behavior is expected toward staff and other clients at all times.

10. Agreement

By booking a session or renting a gown from Andrea Belle Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
